On July 8 six high school students from Knox County, Tennessee will travel to Japan for an immersion into Japanese culture, lifestyle, history and customs. Highlights of the trip include: a weekend home stay, joining Japanese high school students for their last day of school, visiting Panasonic headquarters, touring Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima and other cities, enjoying Japanese foods and customs, creating new friendships and sharing our East Tennessee culture and experiences.
